    Are you a baseball or softball coach looking
    for an indoor facility where you can get some
    extra practice in with your team no matter
    what the crazy Houston weather is like?  At
    Monster Gym & Sports Complex, our 70 foot
    batting cages are available for 1/2 hour and 1
    hour rentals.  You also have the option to rent
    the entire back room exclusively for
    your team.  Need some extra help with
    pitching and hitting instruction?  Include a
    lesson with our private coach while you are
    here!

    At Monster Gym & Sports Complex, we offer sports
    performance training for athletes of any sport who
    are seeking to increase stamina, strength, speed
    and endurance while sharpening their skills and
    precision.   

    Our staff can help you rise above the competition,
    leaving your opponents in the dust.  Classes are held
    on Thursdays at 5-6pm for boys and girls ages 8 and
    up.
